I opened my agency in 2019 after spending time in medical sales, where I was recruited by State Farm and drawn to the opportunity to build something of my own. I’m a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, played rugby in college, and still love anything sports-related. Our team includes four members, and we’ve intentionally built an office that feels nothing like corporate America — it’s flexible, relaxed, and built on good vibes, while still getting serious results. I also stay involved in the community as president of the Exchange Club, which reflects our commitment to service beyond the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Clint Malone - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
