I opened my agency in 2019 after spending time in medical sales, where I was recruited by State Farm and drawn to the opportunity to build something of my own. I’m a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, played rugby in college, and still love anything sports-related. Our team includes four members, and we’ve intentionally built an office that feels nothing like corporate America — it’s flexible, relaxed, and built on good vibes, while still getting serious results. I also stay involved in the community as president of the Exchange Club, which reflects our commitment to service beyond the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Clint Malone - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
